Q. How long does a project take? |
|
| |
Depending on the size of a project this varies, It can take anything from 4 weeks to 12 weeks plus. On average projects are completed in 8 weeks. |

Q. What is the process? |
|
| |
To begin with a senior project manager who is a qualified builder will visit the project site, with a portfolio of completed projects for you to see and give you an idea of what can be achieved. Once the consultation process is complete and the work needed identified a cost breakdown of the project together with project timelines will be sent to you for approval. |

Q. What are your working hours? |

| |
Working hours are typically Mon-Friday 8am to 6pm. Where possible work can be continued in the weekends. |

Q. How do you charge? |
|
| |
Before any work is completed the cost of the project is agreed with the client and a deposit taken, which covers the cost of initial material, labour and tools. There after as work progresses money is charged against volume of work completed. |

Q. How do I pay? |

| |
A project manager is assigned to each project that will liaise and collect money from you at the relevant stages. |

Q. How do you I report any problems or concerns? |
|
| |
Each project has an assigned project manager who is available to you at all times to address any areas of your concern and resolve any issues. They are normally on site working and will be happy for you to contact them after working hours if required. |
